Individual Psychotherapy
Work one-on-one with Lindsey to help you to achieve the life that you want and deserve. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in length.
Gender-Affirming Surgery Letters
Lindsey will assess your psychological readiness for surgery and provide this letter to your surgeon.
Psilocybin Facilitation
Lindsey is able to assess and facilitate psilocybin sessions and integration. It should be noted that this is a completely separate service from Lindsey’s work as a psychologist and is not covered by insurance. Sessions take place at Immersive Therapies in NW Portland and 7 Gates Service Center in SE Portland. Please see the contact page to inquire further about this specialized treatment. Costs of Therapy
Intakes are $300 and individual therapy is $250 per session. Sliding scale options are available, with 1 pro-bono spot available to those unable to pay. I am in-network with several insurance companies, and can provide a super bill as an out of network provider. I am also able to apply for pre-authorization for individuals with OHP insurance.
